If I sign up for ESMERIA Newsletter, will I be able to shop online?
No. You will need to create a shopping account separately. Signing up to receive our monthly e-Newsletter does not automatically create a shopping account.
How do I register to shop online?
It's easy! Visit, create an account to get started.
I've lost my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the Sign in page and click on forgotten your password. Enter the email address you registered your shopping account to and we'll email your password to you.
What are your shipping costs?
For now we our shipping cost is FREE, but we can only ship to West and East Malaysia.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Can I cancel my order?
No, you cannot cancel your order.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders placed between Monday to Friday will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
We'll send you an email to let you know that your product has been dispatched.
What happens if I'm not happy with the product I receive?
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.
If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for a full refund.
